ENG: Some of the brand new Scania buses with Chinese Higer body are to see on train station Holendrecht in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Since the 11th of december 2011 EBS public transportation (part of the Egged Group) got the rights of riding buslines around Purmerend, Edam, Volendam and around. The Scania Higer A30 buses are being used for R-Net Bizzliner routes, a new public transport concept with the great comfort of these touringcars. These buses do have a wheelchair elevator. I’m sorry about some raindrops on my lens, if there’s something I can’t change..it’s the weather;) NL: In deze video zie je de gloednieuwe Scania bussen met Chinese Higer opbouw op het Amsterdamse Holendrechtstation.

China’s economy has been the envy of the world for a decade, but what about its transportation system? With the largest population in the world and growing, maybe we should be looking at its mobility. The economic superpower has built a 21st century road system to keep up with its new appetite for cars. Transportation economist and Vice President of Policy Research at Reason Foundation, Adrian Moore, says that China is using “pricing scientifically” to keep up with the largest car market in the world. He sat down with Reason.tv to talk about what many are calling, “the most important bilateral relationship in the 21st century.” Moore has been working with China on free market transportation solutions for booming cities that are attracting hundreds of thousands of people every month. China’s demand for cars is being driven by its new middle class, which is roughly the size of the entire population of the United States. Doing transportation right is something China can’t afford to do wrong. Moore explains what it is doing right, wrong and what this “capitalist country” can learn from the “avowedly communist system”. Filmed and edited by Sharif Christopher Matar. Approximately 10 minutes. Go to reason.tv for downloadable versions of this and all our videos, and subscribe to Reason.tv’s YouTube channel to receive automatic notification when new content is posted.

Since I moved to St. Louis in August, I’ve posted many videos of the St. Louis public transportation system. Today, in this experimental video, I show you what it’s actually like to take the system for a long distance. This video shows how public transportation in a city with a population density like St. Louis is quite weak. Generally, the only people who will choose public transit are people with no other choice (when it means that the trip takes roughly five times longer than driving!). Keep in mind that, if it weren’t for the Metrolink station near me being closed for construction, it would have made public transit take about 55 minutes versus 18 minutes driving. With that outage, it took about an hour and 20 minutes!

Hello, my name is Michael Rüppel, you also want to know my new concepts of Krav Maga ?! I am a bodyguard, with over 20 years experience. I have specialized in the Israeli martial arts. For more than 14 years, I am a Krav Maga instructor. My motto is: quality instead of quantity. Furthermore I am instructor for another israeli fighting-system, the Dennis Hisardut, in which I have the Black Belt 3rd Dan. I am Member of the Israeli Martial Arts Hall of Fame in Israel. In July 2011 I got, because of my techniques for gun-disarming, an invitation from the LOTAR-Counter Terrorism Tactical Training School, for teaching there a special unit in my gun-disarming-techniques. Teaching there is normally reserved for only few people, mostly israeli experts. If you want to profit from my experience and knowledge in israeli martial arts, I am available for seminars and workshops worldwide. If you are interested, please send an email to: krav-maga-essen@gmx.de Yours Michael Rüppel Krav Maga Street Defence www.krav-maga-essen.de
